Honey Vinaigrette

Elysium Honey Co.'s Diego DeCorte shares one of his family's recipes from Italy.

Ingredients

• Half lemon,, juiced
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsps olive oil
• 1/2 tbsp honey
• Salt & pepper

Method

1. Whisk together all of the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Chill if not using immediately.
